You will receive an Outlook email with a UniFi Identity invite — have it ready before starting.
Your PTCC email must be accessible on this phone. You'll open the invite email mid-setup.
Stay connected to Wi-Fi or 5G throughout setup for a reliable credential download.
⚠️
Critical — Permission Prompts Choose Always Allow on every permission prompt during setup. If only Allow appears, tap that instead. Never tap Don't Allow — setup will not complete correctly.

🎉 You're all set!

Welcome to keycard-free access at Preston Trail. Your iPhone is now your key — just hold the top of your phone near any door reader and you're in. No Face ID, no passcode, no fumbling. Works on Apple Watch too, so you can leave your phone in your bag entirely.

If your pass is not visible in Apple Wallet after completing setup, re-open the invite email and go through the prompts again — making sure to tap Always Allow or Allow on every prompt.

Still having trouble? Submit a ticket through the PT Support app in Microsoft Teams and someone from the team will follow up with you.
