6 StepsLog Into the Mac
At the Mac login screen, click your user account and type the password CRT, then press Return.
Safari Opens — Along with an Automator Prompt
Once you're logged in, Safari will open automatically on the center display, loading the ENVR Core login page. You don't need to click anything to launch it.
At the same time, a small Automator dialog will appear on screen. Leave it for now — you'll come back to click Continue in it after you've logged into ENVR Core.
Open Passwords from the Menu Bar
Look for the key icon 🔑 in the Mac menu bar (top-right area of the screen) and click it. A small dropdown will open with a search box.
Find the camera system login entry in the list and click it to open it.
Copy & Paste Your Credentials into Safari
From the Passwords entry, copy the username and paste it into the username field in Safari. Then copy the password and paste it into the password field.
Finally, copy the 6-digit code from the entry and enter it into the verification code field in Safari. This code refreshes every 30 seconds — if it expires before you use it, just copy the new one and try again.
| What You're Copying | Where It Goes (in Safari) |
|---|---|
| Username | Email / username field |
| Password | Password field |
| 6-digit code | Verification / authenticator code field |
Click Continue in the Automator Prompt
Once Safari shows you're successfully logged into ENVR Core, go back to the Automator dialog that appeared in Step 2 and click Continue.
This is what triggers the camera feeds to spread across all three displays. You're in!
Log Out at the End of Service
When service is over, log out of ENVR Core in Safari before leaving. Look for a Sign Out or Log Out option in the ENVR Core interface.
This keeps the system secure and ensures the next person sees a clean login screen when they arrive.
All three screens should now be showing live camera feeds. You're logged in and ready to monitor. Remember to log out of ENVR Core at the end of service!
Troubleshooting & Support
Safari didn't open automatically. Wait 30 seconds after logging into the Mac. If it still doesn't open, log out of the Mac and log back in. Still nothing? Contact Tech.
My credentials aren't working. Make sure you're copying from the Passwords app in the menu bar — don't type them manually. If the 6-digit code has expired (it refreshes every 30 seconds), copy the new one and try again. Still stuck? Log out and log back in, then try again. If it still fails, contact Tech.
Only one or two displays are showing cameras. Log out of ENVR Core in Safari, then log back in and click Continue in the Automator prompt again. If the issue persists, contact Tech.
