Conference Room & Classroom Remote

Each remote lives in its room, tucked into a little wall-mounted holder near the TV. Grab it from there and slip it back when you're done — please don't take it with you.
Batteries last a year or so. If a press does nothing, the batteries are likely dead — submit a ticket and Tech will swap them.

🎉 That's the whole remote

White for the TV, red for the Apple TV, Input to switch sources, speakers for volume. That's 95% of what you'll ever do — and now the conference room and classroom TVs are yours to run.

Nothing happens when I press a button. The batteries are likely dead — submit a ticket in the PT Support app and Tech will swap them.

The TV is on but I see a black screen or the wrong source. Press Input (square-arrow button, top middle) to cycle through the TV's inputs until you see what you need.

Volume buttons don't seem to work. Make sure you're pressing the buttons with speaker icons on the left side of the remote.

The remote is missing from a room. Submit a ticket — sometimes they wander off to other rooms. We can usually track it down or get a replacement quickly.
